these last two year was a real setback for the austrian production industry. Many companies went bankrupt, had to fire a huge amount of employees and move their production overseas. And it doesn't seem to be changing any soon...

At the same time you can read that we are lacking a huge number of professionals in some growing fields like AI, greentech or electromobility.

Business strategies and best practices are focusing mainly on putting the service or the product at the center of their work. Efficient, productive, sustainable and so on is focused on the product or service. But with all of these improvements I wonder where the place is for us, humans.

I rarely hear someone within the manufacturing industrie developing a strategie or practice by which the human is at the center.
